Such results confirm the fact that the Combined Programme is a well-designed combination of the National and the Cambridge Programme which greatly facilitates the learning process, as well as the acquisition of new knowledge and skills for students.
The Combined Programme is a winning combination for successful education, because it provides students with comprehensive general knowledge usually associated with secondary schools, and complemented with courses such as Philosophy, Logic, Latin, Psychology, Sociology, and Civic Education. On the other hand, a holistic approach to education is further refined with additional courses in English harmonised with the official Cambridge Programme.

Students frequently mention project-based learning as the main reason for their acquisition of new skills, because it transforms them from passive observers into active participants in the education process.
This form of instruction involves an innovative approach to learning and understanding material which greatly differs from traditional instruction. Unusual practical assignments, engaging discussions and creativity in problem solving make project-based learning a valuable addition to the interdisciplinary Combined Programme.
These data best illustrate that Cambridge courses improve students' analytical approach and critical perspective on research subjects. Therefore, such skills are a prerequisite for one's further education and advancement in the academic and professional sense.
The Combined Programme helps children to learn to articulate their thoughts clearly and concisely with the help of adequate technology. As many as 47,3% of our students think the ability of clear and concise articulation of their thoughts is one of the most important skills they have acquired in the Combined Programme of Savremena Gimnazija.
Research results show that a huge number of students – 89.2% – believe that their knowledge of English has improved to a certain extent thanks to Cambridge courses. Active use of English and learning in English are extremely important for continuing one's education, especially for enrolment in foreign universities, as well as for future professional advancement.
In addition, more than a half of the students in the Combined Programme are certain that skill development in Cambridge courses facilitates the learning of other school subjects, including those in the National Programme.

The survey The Role of the First Language in EMI published by Oxford University Press (OUP) shows that schools which nourish the mother tongue of their students simultaneously with the introduction of English have the best results.

Savremena Gimnazija, just as its name suggests, has a modern curriculum. We use tablets and computers in class, which is awesome and different, so I think I'll finally be able to learn a lot of creative and interesting new things.
I love it that the relationship between students and teachers is different from what we're used to; the teachers are quite attached to their students. As an athlete, one of the things that attracted me to Savremena is the fact that they pay special attention to extracurricular activities, and follow the interests of each individual student. This is the best school I know and I love it. New technologies used at Savremena are very useful; they offer a new and faster way of learning. I love that my classmates are so accomplished in different fields, they all have different interests and play sports, which is great.
