The Savremena Gimnazija girls at the recitation contest “Poetry Kingdom”

The Savremena Gimnazija students Sara Šarančić and Elena Martić participated in the recitation contest in honour of the great actor Petar Kralj. The contest was jointly organized, for the ninth time, by the city municipality Vračar and the Atelje 212 theatre.

Sara and Elena, who had successfully taken part in the recitation contest in Vrnjačka banja, demonstrated at the “Poetry Kingdom” competition their art of reciting poetry, and Sara received a commendation for her participation in the contest.

At the Memorial held after the contest, in Mileševska street, where the famous actor used to live, the students had the opportunity to learn about life of Petar Kralj and his magnificent talent as well as to listen to live poetry recitation performance delivered by the Atelje 212 actors.
