Savremena Year 2 students on their study trip fascinated by the spirit of Austria and Vienna

Savremena Year 2 students had their inspiring study trip to Austria in April. While in Austria, they visited Vienna, Schönbrunn Palace and its zoo, the famous amusement park Prater and the Natural history museum.

Upon arrival in Vienna, the students were given a tour of the city whose architecture and history made a tremendous impression on them.

Visiting a lavish baroque Schönbrunn palace

Day 2 was planned for the tour of Schönbrunn Palace. A large number of students and teachers were eager to visit the Schönbrunn zoo in their free time, and found it impressive. Having toured this fascinating palace, the students had a great time on various rides in the amusement park Prater. Later they visited the Natural history museum.

Day 3 was marked by the tour of Albertina and the magnificent House of Music while the visit to the Belvedere palace complex was planned for the last day of the stay. The works of art exhibited in the palace, among which those created by Gustav Klimt, were just a part of the unforgettable experience the students will talk about for a long time.

I am extremely pleased and proud to be the parent of a Savremena student. During my first encounter with the school management, when I asked about my child’s potential enrolment, I saw how much love, enthusiasm and professionalism you put in your work. I was impressed by your approach, ideas and methods. I couldn’t believe something like this existed in our country! It doesn’t take long to realise that this is a school you would recommend to everyone. Creativity, modern technology, top-quality education, and most of all, the humaneness that can be seen throughout the school, make it truly different and worthy of its name – Savremena Gimnazija. With such an approach, the success of this school and, consequently, our children’s success, is unavoidable. Congratulations! Jelena Đorđević, Andrija’s mum
