Students of Savremena Gimnazija at the “Science Around Us: Molecules of Beauty” Event

On November 27, 2024, students from Savremena Gymnasium participated in the fascinating event “Science Around Us: Molecules of Beauty,” held at the Belgrade Fair. The event was organized by the Belgrade University of Chemistry and Technology and aimed to encourage young people to engage with science in an exciting and educational way.

The students attended various workshops and presentations, exploring the concept of beauty from a scientific perspective, including molecular structures, their interactions, and their relevance in art, cosmetics, and nature. Through this hands-on experience, they were introduced to the scientific methods of studying beauty, as well as the latest innovations in the fields of chemistry and biology.

In addition to the educational aspect, the event also emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as students from various schools and scientific institutions came together to share knowledge and ideas. It was an inspiring experience for the Savremena Gymnasium students, giving them a deeper appreciation of how science can shape the world around us and how it connects to everyday life.

The event left a lasting impression on all participants, encouraging them to continue exploring the scientific world and its many applications.
