Savremena students’ gift to kids – a park full of colours and joy

As part of the event “Let’s make the park more beautiful for our little friends”, organized by Roma Company, Savremena’s students and their teacher, painter Maja Živković, brought colours and play to a Čukarica park.

Savremena’s hard-working and smiling students were highly motivated to use their creative and original ideas to delight the tenants of the surrounding buildings, particularly the little ones, and to make their neighbourhood more beautiful. Thanks to Roma Company, which provided the painting material, the park now has new board games and educational elements, while the painted surfaces brought joy and liveliness to the surroundings, which delighted the youngest visitors.

According to teacher Maja Živković, the idea was to paint the court for hopscotch, twist, and other children’s games. The surfaces were divided into fields, each of which contained a picture whose goal was to instruct through play and design.
