In a truly different geography lesson, done in June, the students had the opportunity to connect their geography knowledge with culinary specialties of various countries across the world. The students’ task was to present in groups world cuisine in relation to geography, culture, language and history.
During the lesson, the students presented the cuisine of Turkey, Italy and Japan, and the wrap-up of the event was mutual familiarization with the specialties of the mentioned countries. The students and the teachers there helped themselves to sushi, pizza and baklava and in a tasty manner concluded this interesting and different geography lesson.
