Savremena Gimnazija participating at the international conference on education

Savremena Gimnazija gave its contribution to the success of the online international conference “Savremeno obrazovanje 2021” (Contemporary Education 2021).

The aim of this conference was to analyse current challenges, advantages and flaws experienced in education during and after the pandemic in Serbia, in the region and beyond it.

More than 60 experts from the country, region and world got together at the conference. These professionals, whose expert and scientific work is focused on education of children, youth and adults, demonstrated great interest in conference topics, actively participating in discussions, sharing their professional experiences, offering conclusions and suggestions. The discussed topics included the following: the motivation of talented students for composing music, studying by boosting entrepreneurial spirit, teaching physics by using the “Moodle” quiz, the impact of experimental learning on motor skills in young children. The participants also talked about talented and committed teachers, the quality analysis of knowledge tests, the application of analytical rubrics in project-oriented teaching, dual education system, as well as the selection of numerous efficient IT tools user-friendly for students of different age groups.

The conference program, organisation and technical aspect were evaluated as extremely successful and the Alliance of Serbian Enlighteners commended Savremena Gimnazija for its participation in organising the conference.
