An artist in a school school classroom

On Thursday, 26 November we were all excited by the news that Uroš Tirnanić, a Savremena Gimnazija Year 3 student ranked third at the Festival of children’s creativity - An artist in a school classroom.

Though we have got used to Uroš receiving awards at literary competitions, every success of our students makes us very proud, especially considering the fact that Uroš’s work, as the response to the topic Wings of happiness, was selected by the competition jury among 200 other works received at the competition.

This was not first time that Uroš took part in this competition. Last year he also won the prize at the competition with the same title, but with different jury, which means that Uroš’s special literary talent and style are recognisable and original.

We are convinced that Uroš will continue to nurture and develop his talents and we wish him all the best!
