Interesting economics at Savremena Gimnazija

Savremena Gimnazija’s Year 3 and Year 4 students attended A to Z Finance, one of the workshops on professional orientation and career guidance.

Together with the school counsellor, Ivan Davidović, the workshop was given by Katarina Đulić, professor at FEFA, co-founder of the European Research Academy in Belgrade and the Centre for Advanced Economic Studies, advisor at KPMG, IFC and EBRD, and board member in several institutions.

The workshop was attended by students in classes III-4, III-5 and IV-5, and English and Business teachers Milica Aleksić and Nađa Ćirović.

Students prepared for a successful future

At Savremena Gimnazija, students learn how to manage personal finances. They start by learning how to manage their pocket money, after which they move to more complex assignments they will benefit from later in life. This way, the children are empowered to have a successful and fulfilled life in the 21st century.
