World Kindness Day and Anti-Bullying Day were marked in Savremena Gimnazija in a truly different way

Savremena Gimnazija strives to teach students about true values, develop their social and emotional competencies, and foster the spirit of community and mutual respect.
This year, an initiative to mark two important days that are in the same week, World Kindness Day and Anti-Bullying Day, was implemented.

Namely, professors Tamara Rajinac, Zorana Milićević and Milica Aleksić researched how these days are celebrated in the world and decided to mark these events in our way. Instead of pink T-shirts, which are worn on Anti-Bullying Day, students were given pink bracelets that were made by first-grade students the previous days.

With activities like this, we make the world a better place for everyone

At two stands in the school, student promoters, in addition to handing out bracelets, also had the task of informing the students of what is being celebrated, explaining to them why it is important to fight against peer violence, as well as motivating them to do a good deed and to remember when someone was kind to them.

In the desire to make this world a better place, we share with you a video with motivational quotes and ideas for good deeds, as well as posters designed by our students, which were broadcast on the screens in the school corridors all week.
