The two-year Erasmus+ project "TOGETHER" has reached its final stage, so on that occasion, the last joint meeting of all partners was held in Brussels. The teachers of Savremena Gimnazija, Natalija Stanković and Milica Aleksić, who are the participants in this project, also attended the meeting.
The aim of the meeting was to summarise the gathered information about the testing of the TOGETHER platform and give feedback received from end users, that is, the teachers, in order to improve the perceived shortcomings. After that, the platform will be ready for use and promoted as a new portal for staying informed about the service learning method, but also as a base with numerous ready-made resources and projects that teachers can immediately implement or use as inspiration for the digitisation of cultural heritage into their local community.
The importance of motivating students to address the problems around them
All the partners showed great satisfaction that they had the opportunity to participate in this project, which they believe is of great importance for every community, regardless of the country. Also, the importance of involving students in the life of the local community by applying the knowledge and skills learned at school and the motivation to address the problems around them was highlighted.
At the very end, the partners from eight countries agreed that this should be the first step in their cooperation and parted with the hope that they will soon work together on a future Erasmus+ project.
