Savremena graduates saw the play

At Savremena Gimnazija, we strive to nurture a love for theatre among students. Almost every month, students have the opportunity to watch a drama piece together with their teachers. On 25 October, students from Savremena Gimnazija, along with their Serbian language teacher Zorana Putniković, enjoyed watching the masterful play "Sportsko srce" at Zvezdara Theatre.

The excellent cast (Mima Karađić, Nela Mihailović, Aleksandar Đuriča and others), a topic close to them (the relationship between parents and children) and the comical situations that unfolded until the very end delighted the audience at Zvezdara Theatre.

The play sparked a discussion on numerous topics

The students did not hide their satisfaction with the choice of play and their comments after the play were more than positive. This was an opportunity for them to discuss with their teachers the topics the play covered: alienation among people, accepting people as they are, unconditional love of parents for their children and doing everything necessary for those we love. They deeply contemplated the lines spoken by the main character: "Nema toga što ja neću učiniti za rođenu ćer. Pa neka mi pukne ovo sportsko srce u grudima".

We look forward to new plays and eagerly wait for the next visit to the theatre.
