Final meeting of six countries and project evaluation in Belgrade
The third and final meeting of the coordinators of the Erasmus+ LEAF project was held on 26 and 27 September at the premises of Savremena Gimnazija, bringing together representatives from Croatia, Romania, France, Greece, Italy, and Serbia. The LEAF project, which concludes in December this year, aims to educate students and teachers about biodiversity and the environment through community engagement.
Achieved results and resources for teachers
During the meeting in Belgrade, the coordinators discussed current results, challenges, and future steps of the project. As a result of the work of six countries, a handbook and an interactive platform for teachers were created, offering useful resources for classroom application. The handbook provides exercises and methods to improve teaching practices, while the platform offers tools that can be easily integrated into lessons.
After the meeting, participants had the opportunity to explore Belgrade with a professional guide and visit the bohemian quarter, Skadarlija, where they enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. This gathering symbolically marked the end of the two-year collaboration on the project and opened up new possibilities for future initiatives in environmental education.
