Students from Savremena Grammar School, accompanied by their Serbian language teacher Marina Kuzmanović, visited the Belgrade Book Fair on 25 October, a long-standing event that represents one of Serbia's most significant cultural gatherings.
This fair not only brings together book enthusiasts but also provides a unique opportunity to meet authors, writers, and publishers. Savremena Grammar School traditionally takes its students to this fair, nurturing a love for books and the written word and encouraging them to explore new ideas and develop their literary interests.
Student Participation in Various Programmes and Workshops
During the visit, students had the chance to participate in various programs, including book launches, literary discussions, and workshops. This event allowed them to become familiar with current trends in literature and engage directly with authors who inspire them.
Attending the Belgrade Book Fair is an invaluable experience that strengthens students’ connection with the world of literature and fosters creativity and critical thinking. Teachers and educators like Marina Kuzmanović play a key role in this process, inspiring young people to become passionate readers and active participants in cultural life.
