Silver for Adriana Salahović at international singing competition in Malta

Adriana Salahović, Savremena’s student with a magical voice, won yet another prize, confirming once more her truly extraordinary talent. At the international singers’ festival “Euro Stars”, held on Wednesday, 25 April in Malta, Adriana finished second, effectively proving herself one of Europe’s best young singers.

Extra praise for Adriana

The competition brought together contestants from twenty European countries, and despite fierce competition, she finished among the very best. She decided to hold nothing back and chose Lara Fabian’s quite demanding “Je t'aime”. A bit of stage fright was no match for the talented student’s eagerness to take the stage. The positive excitement attracted extra attention and brought her silver. In addition to that, Adriana received an invitation to a festival in Bulgaria, and a jury member from Cyprus officially certified her vocal outstanding.

We congratulate Adriana on yet another great achievement and support her wherever her beautiful voice and splendid interpretations make take her.

I am extremely pleased and proud to be the parent of a Savremena student. During my first encounter with the school management, when I asked about my child’s potential enrolment, I saw how much love, enthusiasm and professionalism you put in your work. I was impressed by your approach, ideas and methods. I couldn’t believe something like this existed in our country! It doesn’t take long to realise that this is a school you would recommend to everyone. Creativity, modern technology, top-quality education, and most of all, the humaneness that can be seen throughout the school, make it truly different and worthy of its name – Savremena Gimnazija. With such an approach, the success of this school and, consequently, our children’s success, is unavoidable. Congratulations! Jelena Đorđević, Andrija’s mum
