Besides the ongoing TOGETHER project, this year another Erasmus project will be carried out in the Inercia digital centre in Spain.
The general goal of Erasmus programmes is to support educational, professional and personal development of an individual through a lifelong learning concept, in the areas of education, training, youth and sport. KA1 projects, like ours, focus on international employee exchange in order to receive training or teach in another institution, provide internship or gain new skills etc.
Through this project Savremena Gimnazija teachers will receive training in two areas: Flipped Classroom Methodology and Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Valuing Eco-Environmental and Social Dimensions. Ivan Davidović, school counselor and Marica Đurić, philosophy teacher, will attend the Sustainable Entrepreneurship training in July.
The Flipped Classroom training will be held in November and the attendees will be Natalija Stanković, Latin teacher and assistant principal, Ivan Matejić, geography teacher and Olivera Marjanović, the English language and literature teacher.
Upon completion of their mobility training, our teachers are to implement the newly acquired knowledge in their work and disseminate it among their colleagues in Savremena Gimnazija.
