Jovana Dukić

Jovana Dukić is a Chemistry teacher. She graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade. She gained work experience working in several secondary schools in Belgrade. She attaches special importance to environmental chemistry and tries to make students understand the impact and mechanism of action of chemically polluting substances on the environment.

Her goal is for students to understand the correlation between chemistry and other natural sciences, as well as the practical application of chemistry in everyday life. She likes to spend her free time in nature with her friends.

I am extremely pleased and proud to be the parent of a Savremena student. During my first encounter with the school management, when I asked about my child’s potential enrolment, I saw how much love, enthusiasm and professionalism you put in your work. I was impressed by your approach, ideas and methods. I couldn’t believe something like this existed in our country! It doesn’t take long to realise that this is a school you would recommend to everyone.
