Uroš Veličković
Uroš Veličković holds a degree in education. He completed his undergraduate and master's studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. At the Institute of Mental Health in Belgrade, he obtained certificates in the field of family counselling and systemic family psychotherapy. He gradually built his expertise, skills, and experience while working as a school support staff at the private international school "Ruđer Bošković". He spent over six years working as the principal of one preschool institution in Belgrade. He is also the author and implementer of several professional development programs for educators, teachers, and school support staff, including "First aid package – Boosting children's self-esteem", "Observing empathy and responding with empathy", "How to motivate a child to learn", "Creating a knowledge test" and "Fundamental rules of effective communication." In 2014, he published a handbook titled "Methods of working with students with developmental disabilities". He is a conscientious, responsible, and persistent individual in both everyday life and the business world. He is open to acquiring new knowledge and skills and approaches each new idea with enthusiasm and energy. He views learning and improvement as a game where everyone benefits. His education and specialisations enable him to approach complex life situations and problems with a rational and composed attitude. He is the father of a little girl named Mila, with whom he spends all of his free time.
